Recreational PROGRAMS
Mountain Rush Recreational Programs are a fun exciting way for players to enjoy the game of soccer. The program is designed for players whose skills have not yet reached a competitive level. Whether you are new to the sport or have been playing recreationally for a few years, the Mountain Rush Recreational program will help players develop soccer skills in a comfortable environment that fosters confidence with and without the ball.

In-House Program
(2018 -2021 Birth Years)
Introductory soccer program. Ages 3-6 playing a 3v3 format with 5-8 players on each team.
Ages 6-8, playing a 5v5 format with 7-9 players on each team.
Volunteer Coach
Season runs from 3/10/25 - 5/18/25
Cost: $195

Junior Academy U9 and U10
(2015 - 2017 Birth Years)
Teams play 7 vs 7; 6 field players and a goalkeeper
Teams typically consist of 9-11 players
Practice is held 2 times/week (schedule TBD)

Cost: $350

(2006 - 2014 Birth Years)
Teams play 9 vs 9, including a goalkeeper
Teams typically consist of 12-15 players
